My name is Justyna and I am a Surrey based teacher with over 10 years of experience. I am passionate about sharing benefits of yoga and guiding my students towards strength, balance and calm through mindful movement and breath. My classes always include pranayama and mindfulness with strong emphasis on relaxation in order for students to experience the full spectrum of what yoga practice can offer. I teach different styles of yoga including hatha, alignment, vinyasa, yin and restorative yoga as well as chair yoga. I have a strong interest in female well-being and I am a certified teacher in Menopause Yoga, which is designed to guide women through all stages of the menopause. My aim is to make the practice accessible for all students. Having fun and not taking yourself too seriously are a big part of my classes.

Menopause Yoga
Menopause Yoga is designed to guide women through all stages of the menopause. The primary objective of Menopause Yoga is to guide women in navigating the transition into this next stage of life with a positive outlook—physically, mentally, and spiritually. By incorporating accessible yoga poses, breathing exercises, and meditation techniques, this approach offers practical tools to facilitate a constructive and empowering experience during menopause. The practice is designed to educate and empower women, encouraging them to view menopause as an opportunity for personal growth. Additionally, Menopause Yoga seeks to foster a safe, supportive environment where women can share their experiences and insights.
A balanced nervous system is essential for a woman’s vitality and is the root of hormonal, emotional, and physical health. Through the combined wisdom of yoga, we explore how breath, movement, and daily rituals support regulation and resilience.
I offer informed support for women navigating the physiological and emotional shifts of this stage of life.

My mission is to provide high-quality yoga classes that are accessible to everyone. I believe that yoga can help improve physical and mental health, and I am committed to making it available to all.
I would be delighted to discuss my teaching and the benefits of yoga practise with you and explore your needs and either recommend a suitable class for you, or create a bespoke asana class to suit you and your level of practice.
I am profoundly grateful for the opportunity that teaching is giving me to share my love of yoga with others, and to develop and deepen my own practise alongside that of my students and to witness how this practice meets us wherever we are in our lives.
I hope to see you on the mat soon!

What started as an occasional escape from stress of my corporate career eventually became the foundation for a new, more aligned way of living. I spent two decades working in financial services, dipping in and out of yoga for few years. But after a while I knew there must be more to it and I booked a yoga retreat to India and that experience opened my eyes to the powerful physical and emotional benefits of a regular practice.
In 2014, I took a leap of faith, leaving my corporate career to train as a yoga teacher—never expecting it to become my new path. Shortly after moving to Surrey with my family, a cover class turned into a role I truly love. That’s when the phrase “I love what I do and I do what I love” finally made sense.
As a yoga teacher I have been learning from many incredible senior teachers both in the UK as well as in Hong Kong and Singapore where I spent 6 years. I always remain a student to deepen my practice and knowledge and to keep my student soul and mindset alive.
